A:Yes. All the participants, except the organizator of the expedition (Declarant) should be declared, it can be institutions, organizations and physical persons (citizens) , participating personally . It must be stated in the required paragraphs of the Declaration.

Q: Which ports of the cruise should be declared?
A: All the ports of access in the RF and the routs in the EEZ and territorial sea are necessary to declare . If the port of the end of expedition is not in RF , it is ok not to declare it . Nevertheless, it will not be worse if it is declared as well. It will be useful for understanding the whole run of the expedition .

Q: What is request for special hydrometeorological support? Is it the request for weather forecast?
A: It means the specialized hydrometeorological support , individual forecast, etc. If the expedition has its own sources for such information , then the specialized hydrometeorological support is not needed.

Q: How detailed should the list of tools and equipment be?
A: Information about the tools and equipment must be detailed enough (technical characetristics, etc.) If there are many tools and equipmnet then in the Declaration the ID numbers of tools, and the description and technical characteristics may be attached on the separate paper. All these detailed proccedure is in the interests of the Declarant as a lot of questions might arise thus resulting in waste if time.
